Model Railroad of Denmark in HO scale

The model railway of Denmark at the Miniature Wonderland was opened in the year of 2005. At the center of this approximately 300 square meter large model train layout is a large pool which is filled with nearly 30,000 liters of water, representing the North Sea and the Baltic Sea.

On the sea there are model ships and vessels cruising between Denmark, Sweden and Norway. The Danish model landscape represents the Egeskov castle and the grand central station of Padborg. Especially the locomotives and trains of the Danish train operating company are beautiful.
